Ok so the product is sweet cute but wasn't really what i was expecting. at the outset the picture is a bit misleading. The sipper only goes on two sides, which isn't anything I've ever seen and i fully expected that it would zip all the way around. Second, the wallet is very thin, and isn't designed to really hold much at all. There are no card pockets on the inside only a single closure slot on the inside. Really this will only hold a thinner phone with no case, and some cash safely, without the risk of losing important cards when unzipping it. Otherwise it is ok. The further than is sweet and vividly designed as well as being a nice material. Not what i was expecting but not enough to make me want to return it. I'll just make sure to read much more closely what just so is inside the wallet portion next time as really its more of a change tighten then a wallet.

The manufactured goods is very cheap, I feel like it's overpriced. But it will do... That is until it falls apart. Just got it today, it indoors in good time. The key ring broke a soon as I used it. It's not the most reliable ring for keys and I can tell it would've lost my keys eventually. I indifferent it and emotionally caught up my keys with my own lasting key ring. My phone fits in the sack but it has no opening for my headset. So I just leave it on the outer sack so my headset can be used through the closure opening. I use the clear sack for bus passes or ID's. It's not the best but it will do. It's up to you and what you make of it, but I wouldn't urge cuz the price.

Parliament moves to release former Ukrainian PM Yulia Tymoshenko from jail

Hours after opposition leaders and the Ukrainian president signed a deal aimed at ending month-long deadly clashes, the countrys parliament voted to free Yulia Tymoshenko, the former prime minister jailed for more than two years for what supporters say are politically tainted charges.

Fridays agreement calls for an early election, a new constitution and a new unity government. Ukraine's newly empowered Verhovna Rada parliament responded to the deal quickly, firing the country's despised interior minister Vitali Zakharchenko, who is widely blamed for ordering police violence, including the snipers who killed scores of protesters Thursday in central Kiev.

The next order of business was Tymoshenko.

``We are insisting that there is a vote on a bill which would free Tymoshenko,'' former economy minister Arseny Yatsenyuk told parliament, Reuters reported. Yatsenyuk is the new head of Tymoshenkos Bativshchyna (Fatherland) party since she was jailed.

Tymoshenko-- a long-standing rival of President Viktor Yanukovich-- was narrowly defeated by him in 2010 in a run-off for the presidency. She received a 7-year prison sentence in 2011 for abuse of office linked to a gas deal she brokered with Russia as prime minister, after a trial the European Union denounced as political.

Legislators voted 310-54 Friday to decriminalize the count under which she was imprisoned, meaning that she is no longer guilty of a criminal offense.

"Free Yulia! Free Yulia!" legislators chanted after the vote.

It's not immediately clear when she might be released from the jail in the eastern city of Kharkiv.

U.S. skier Bode Miller talked about his emotional interview after winning a bronze medal on Sunday and possibly making a run at the 2018 Olympics when he would be 40 years old.

When U.S. skier Bode Miller dissolved into tears in a post-race interview after winning a bronze medal in the super-G race in Sochi on Sunday, his interviewer gained nearly as much attention as he did.

NBC's Christin Cooper has been criticized for pushing too hard in asking multiple questions about Miller's late brother, Chelone, leading Miller to start shedding tears. Chelone, 29, who was a professional snowboarder, died last year from a seizure.

"I have known Christin a long time, and she's a sweetheart of a person,'' Miller told Matt Lauer on TODAY Monday. "I know she didn't mean to push. I don't think she really anticipated what my reaction was going to be, and I think by the time she realized it, it was too late. I don't blame her at all."

Miller initially referenced his brother's death, and Cooper asked what was going through his mind. She then asked what it was like to have a performance like that for his brother, and Miller became tearful. Cooper continued, asking, "When youre looking up in the sky at the start, we see you there, and it just looks like youre talking to somebody. Whats going on there? Miller then leaned on a nearby fence and began crying.

"I feel terrible that she's taking the heat for that because it really was just a heat-of-the-moment kind of circumstance,'' Miller said. "I don't think there was any harm intended. It was just a lot of emotion for me. It's been a lot over the past year. You sometimes don't realize how much you can contain that stuff until the dam breaks, and then it's just a real outpouring."

Amid the backlash, Miller took to Twitter to express his support for Cooper as well.

On Monday, Miller, 36, also talked about the fact that he became the oldest man in Olympic history to win an Alpine skiing medal when he captured the bronze.

"I've been getting a lot of old jokes lately,'' he said. "I suppose I deserve them, I've been around a long time."

Miller still has the slalom and giant slalom events remaining in Sochi, which could possibly be the final Olympic races of his decorated career. His six Olympic medals are the most by any U.S. skier in history. However, he has not completely ruled out a run at the 2018 Olympics in South Korea, when he would be 40 years old.

"If these are my last Olympic races, I'm proud of what I accomplished, and I feel really good about my efforts in ski racing,'' he said. "I don't really feel like it will be that emotional for me, but you never know, it might not be my last ones, either. We've been making jokes about the next Olympics. I want to win these next races, so I go in there with focus, and I haven't been thinking too much about the future and how I'm going to feel about it."

I naturally look for wallets that have at nominal amount 12 card slots, even if I took a opportunity with this manufactured goods for two reasons- a. it matches the tighten I now own and b. I am tired of moving almost so darn many cards, most of which I don't use anymore. I'm reasonably satisfied that I took that opportunity. This seemed careful to me so my wife and I (our tab is below my wife's name) bought two of these. She uses a purse so her case easily handles the confidence cards, id's and connection cards. Starbucks responds to Dumb Starbucks in LA

Starbucks said it is considering how to proceed in response to a parody coffee shop called Dumb Starbucks.

The Dumb Starbucks store in Los Angeles is very similar to Starbucks except it has the word "dumb" in front of it.

In an email to USA TODAY Network on Monday, Starbucks said Dumb Starbucks is not affiliated with Starbucks.

"We are evaluating next steps and while we appreciate the humor, they cannot use our name, which is a protected trademark," according to Starbuck's email.

The majority of trademark disputes are "handled informally," according to Starbucks spokeswoman Laurel Harper in an email to the Associated Press.

It's unclear who's behind Dumb Starbucks. The parody store says it is able to use the Starbucks name and logo because it is technically "making fun" of Starbucks and is considered "a work of parody art," according to a Dumb Starbucks letter.

The question is whether the word "dumb" sufficiently makes clear that the store is making fun of Starbucks and is not associated with Starbucks, said Mark McKenna, a law professor at the University of Notre Dame who specializes in trademark law.

"My gut tells me a court would be bothered by how much of the Starbucks trademark was used. It's not just the word but they also made the store look just like it," McKenna said in an interview with USA TODAY Network.

A Feb. 7 tweet from @DumbStarbucks announced the store was open at 1802 Hillhurst Ave. in Los Angeles.

Inside the Dumb Starbucks, the menu also looks very similar to the Starbucks menu, with the word "dumb" in front of the items, such as "Dumb Espresso" and "Dumb Frappuccino."

The coffee sizes are dumb tall, dumb grande and dumb venti.

There were even "dumb" versions of the CDs sold at Starbucks.

According to tweets, people waited for an hour for their free Dumb Starbucks coffee.

Under the law, Dumb Starbucks is not a coffee shop but an art gallery, the letter says. "The 'coffee' you're buying is considered the art," the letter says. "But that's for our lawyers to worry about. All you need to do is enjoy our delicious coffee!"

Groundhog Day 2014: Will Staten Island Chuck agree with national forecasts?

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Although Staten Island Chuck is the ultimate weather authority in the hearts of borough residents, there are others weighing in ahead of his big day

The experts at Accuweather.com say six more weeks of winter will grip the Island and much of the Northeast, though the southern states will catch early spring fever.

Afternoon highs on Sunday are expected to reach 49 degrees, but it won't be that warm when things start getting under way at the Staten Island Zoo.

The Zoo's gates open at 6:30 a.m. and the ceremony begins at 7 a.m.

Chuck usually rouses at 7:30 a.m. to make his prediction.

He already got a taste of the bitter cold when he visited Investors Bank on Thursday to take care of some "personal banking business."

Zoo officials claims Chuck's accuracy rate is better than 80 percent since 1981.

But, whether he agrees with the folks at AccuWeather is still any groundhog's guess.
